Can I have my sills trimmed to size?
Yes you can. Simply choose the next size option up to what you need and let us know the sizes to trim to in the appropriate section of the order box. We'll make your bullnose sill to the exact size you'd like.
How much will delivery cost?
All of our prices include free delivery. The prices you see displayed are what you'll pay, no hidden costs during checkout.
Will I have to sand these sills when they arrive?
No, all of our sills are sanded after machining, both by machine and by hand, to ensure a perfect finish.

Honestly the best customer service on both ordering, follow-up and delivery. The product is beautiful both in quality and precision and the fact that a follow-up call was made to ensure I had fully understood what I was ordering and that no error had been made before they cut and supplied spoke volumes for ensuring customer satisfaction. This order was a replacement oak window sill for one that was previously sent which had a hairline crack, the seller replaced the original stating he wanted the customer to have a good experience, i cannot fault this man genuine and thoroughly recommended without hesitation

It's very rare to have any problems as we try to double check anything we send before packaging, but unfortunately this slipped through and wouldn't expect you to put up with something that was less than perfect.
