About Essential Woodwork

Essential Woodwork was formed in 2014, by owner, Justin, who began working for the family-run joinery business that began way back in 1980, specialising in oak windows, stairs, and bespoke doors. Going his own way, Justin went on to start what is now EssentialWoodwork.co.uk with the focus on supplying a wide range of expertly machined and hand-finished oak furniture and accessories.

We’ve grown quickly and as such now offer an ever-increasing variety of oak doors, window sills, oak beams, tables and shelves, among other items. Along the way we’ve gathered some fantastic reviews and feedback which helps us develop our products even further to match exactly what our customers require.

Our priority is providing items that meet customers specifications, at the best price, whilst ensuring a first-class service from start to finish.
