FAQ

We understand you might have a few questions you'd like answering before ordering. Here we list a few of the most common one's, though you're welcome to contact us should you have something else to ask.

Can these brackets be seen at all?

These particular shelf brackets are designed to be hidden in the rear of the shelf. With a 120x12mm hole drilled in to the back of one of our oak shelves, the shelf then slides on to the brackets up to the wall, remaining completely hidden from view.

Can I use these floating shelf brackets in plasterboard walls?

The fixings are suitable for mounting on masonry walls. Using on partition walls is only suitable if the timber studs can be located behind the plasterboard. The brackets must be screwed in to something solid.
